Being on camera for your business should be as natural as the weather. No resistance.

You’re on camera. You’re off camera. Your emotions shouldn’t fluctuate that much in between.

If they do, you’re fighting against…what? Well, yourself. There’s nothing else to fight!

But you’re determined not to let the technology or the ideas or the audience or your own resistance to any of it defeat you.

I’ve been there. It’s exhausting. And you can’t outlast it. The only way out is through.

And the way through is…well, it’s classic.

If you’re of a certain age, you might remember this.

Conquering one’s inhibitions is perhaps the biggest hurdle to being on video, especially for those of us who aren’t used to it. Your insightful advice is as always right on the money Steve. Thanks for mentoring us on this journey.

“See who we really are over what we’ve been trained to be.” Yes, getting beyond our programming. Well said.
