There’s a built-in psychological trap on YouTube that gets sprung on most people as soon as they publish their video.

“Will this get a bunch of views?”

There may actually be a better question. “Who am I talking to?”

If it helps, here’s the approach I take to views AND the things that will encourage others along the path of attraction.

Let’s raise a glass to nimbly side-stepping all the mind-traps in the coming year!

      Steven,
I hope you are doing very well. You deserve the best.
This is another great video that speaks an important truth. Thank you!
You are clearly practicing what you preach.
I wish you prosperity and health in 2021!

      Thanks, Steve,
The idea of keeping it simple (and short) resonated well for me!
This made me think back to those times I have looked to buy just one simple item/piece of information – only to find that the purchasing process then battered me with options to buy more/upgrade the initial product, etc, etc, etc. A purchasing process that then switched me off the whole idea and resulting in me making no purchase at all. Your analogy of the fire hose came to mind – and the inability to drink sensibly (or at all) from such a torrent.
Here’s to a Happier and Healthier 2021 for us all – and a swift return to the normality of a simple life!

I’ll drink to that, Ken! 🙂

Thanks for your continuing good advice. I find as I gain a larger audience, I concentrate less and less on numbers and enjoy the proc3ess more. Thanks for the calm voice of reason!
