The Corona Virus has become a mental virus. Because of a story.

If you watch TV news or online news very much, you’re already in danger of getting this mind virus.

Yet there is so much to be learned. Like how to harness the power of your TRUE story to transform your quality of life and business…past, present and future.

Hang in there and when this crisis passes, you will be in a much stronger position to speak to your audience.

Here are 2 stories to show you how this works…

If you want to know what’s happening minute by minute virus-wise, here’s the link I showed in the video:

“Virus of the mind” – I like that, so true!

      • Steven Washer

I hope things are quieter in your world!
We could use some more of that right now.

    • Tammy Kabell

Wow, Steve. Just… wow. This is so applicable to everyone, not just business owners, right now and forever and always. Every person has two life stories inside – one where the protagonist is the hero, and the other where he/she is the victim. The story you tell yourself as a business owner is a small slice of the story you tell of your life in general.

So the extrapolated question would be, is your life story a tragedy or a comedy?

      • Steven Washer

Ideally, we stop telling ourselves stories at all, but that’s such an advanced skill, most of us will not get there in our lifetimes. So the next best thing is to watch it all unfold and ask the old Sufi question: “Good thing, bad thing, who knows?” ๐Ÿ™‚

      Thanks for your amazing videos.

I am streaming yoga classes on line using zoom & hope to add virtual background with no spill. What lights to your recommend for green screen & for illuminating the instructor? Is this even possible with a basic computer camera?

      I greatly appreciate your thoughts!

      • Steven Washer

What you’re asking is a tall order for yoga. Lighting would depend on how much room you have available.

You would need plenty of room behind and in front as well as left and right, so at a minimum you might be considering a 12 foot screen with lots and lots of lighting instruments. Without knowing your dimensions I couldn’t hazard a guess, but you might even be the first yoga instructor to try something like this. So there’s the uniqueness factor going for you!

FWIW, I think this is less a camera issue and more a lighting and space issue.
