My wife calls her Baby Blue, a 2-seat Cessna who’s been teaching me lessons in humility. But there’s more to her than that. She has quite a lot to say about making your business fly.
In fact, she’s been so keen to get these lessons out, I told her I would help.
I hope you’ll make her feel welcome…

Brilliant use of story, props and imagery. I continue to adopt and add your words of wisdom to my process…and find i am becoming more and more of a visible authority, thank you Stephen
Thank you, Jeff. That’s seems to be how it works, but it’s also nice to hear it!
This is such a nice diversion into a “sunny setting” complemented by “soaring … images and language”. I am not sure how the English majors, who might view this video, will react to the “crossovers” in the meaning of so many words! But, I found the usage most entertaining and the presentation quite informative and thought provoking.
Once again, Steve “stuck the landing”!
We often give headaches to English majors. The ones who survive are stronger for it! 🙂
Love it! Great to see you getting out in the world, and using it to convey your message 🙂
Well, it has the added benefit of being all kinds of fun. Thanks!
Steven, once again you’ve developed an awesome storyline backed by hands-on visuals. The references to each topic as the video progressed were complete and allowed the listener/viewer to thoroughly digest the importance of what you were trying to get across.
The flight preparation that is so essential, the takeoff and landing that are critical (where most accidents happen), and of course, the soaring at altitude all enabled you to support the verbal delivery of your message. I watched the presentation a couple of times to enjoy the awesome content.
As always, you stuck it! I continue to learn from your videos and look forward to your next post.
Many thanks, Pat!
That was Wonderful!!
I’m nearly speechless! This message SO connects with what I’m doing right now….WOW. I’ll be revisiting it and sharing it.
Thank you for the very kind words. I’m glad it “landed” with you.
This has got to be one of the best video messages you’ve produced! I loved the whole story arc and the fact that it was done for real (not green screen) – mind you at first I wondered if it was until you moved around the plane 🙂
Thank you, Rashid. And yet half of it was greenscreen. 🙂
Another enlightening video that soared to greater heights!! Thanks a lot Steven!
We loved it. And well, Baby Blue certainly worked overtime to reach those particular heights. 🙂
I haven’t landed yet, I’m still flying in other heights.
I have nothing to add to all the comments, but thank you for these exterior shots ! A perfect video, as always.
Thank you, Gerrit.
Another demonstration of why you’re so good at teaching this stuff…
Thanks so much, Vernon! I do love teaching this!
That was fun to watch. Brought back memories of riding with my pilot father in our Cessna 172. It also reminded me of a speech I give from time-to-time: Four Life Lessons I Learned Watching My Dad Fly.
So many lessons to learned aloft, yes?
Brilliant business metaphor Steven. As well as showing of your video expertise in the process. Inspiring.
Aw, thanks, Pete! I hope you can get something from this to inspire your Island hombres!
